So like I said, BEAUTIFUL day (and no, the snow is NOT all melted, so the contest continues!). It was in the mid-50s and sunny for most of the day. So we decided to take Dahlia down to the park. We mostly wanted to get some photos of her with silly St. Patrick's Day things on (ok ok so *I* wanted that!) but we ended up having a total blast there!

First, some of the silly St. Patrick's Day photos.

On the way down, we stopped to chat with a neighbor of ours and Dahlia got to see her BFF Duke. Duke is all of 23 pounds and they LOVE each other.

David decided that I should pose with Dahlia in silly headbands.

Dahlia had great fun playing with her toys.

And running around!

And sitting pretty. Or pretending she's Dorf. I'm not sure which.

She also enjoyed watching for other dogs.

She LOVES her Daddy.

And then we went over to see the ducks and geese, which are returning...and we got......THIS!

Oops! We didn't count on that...and look...VIDEO! It's another one I wouldn't watch with the sound on as David kept asking me a question and thought I just couldn't hear him.

I like the geese, Mom!

Then I noticed that there were some folks letting their dogs play over at the other part of the park. So we headed back over and Dahlia got a chance to meet up with Hobbs (another border collie mix) and Mack (a Standard poodle). Duke also showed up briefly. A few photos of the dogs!
