What? More pictures?

It was such a nice day outside that David and I headed down to the park with Dahlia and our cameras. We couldn't resist getting some pictures of her in this nice sunny weather, even if the sun was starting to get a little lower in the sky than would be perfect.

I promise these pictures aren't the oddball ones like the ones posted last night. ;-)

First we had to chase the ducks. Well, Dahlia had to at least. She's really missed this!

I finally got a picture of Dahlia's silly lopsided grin!



Why was she grinning? Because I had a treat of course.

Then we met up with a Siberian husky named Atreyu. Yes. From Neverending Story. I want to name a dog Falcor now.

And we met a cute little border collie puppy (just 4 months old!) named Angus. His owner was trying to train him to relax around cars because he is SO focused on them. He was doing a good job with distracting him with a ball whenever he focused on the cars. He wants to get him into agility and he's doing puppy kindergarten at an awesome positive training place. It made me so happy. Plus Angus was CUUUUUTE.





And then Dahlia showed how scary she is!

Hahah when Holly is doing scary-mouth at me I always reach in and poke her tongue. Really freaks people out when they think she's actually going to do something... like when she's playing and doing growling stuff. She's still wierd on the bite inhibition so I feel her teeth when she is playing but she would NEVER hurt me, she has a lot more self-control now. So I can shove my hand in her mouth in the middle of play and be perfectly safe. It's actually really useful for vets visits!

But yeh, growly scary bully dog... tickle its tongue. It's a great trick.

i used to always reach in and poke my dogs tongue when they'd yawn. it steals their yawn, immediately stops it. but then the yawn comes back a few minutes later.

I know. I thought that was quite a good name for him. And I don't know why, but I found it super amusing that his owner was Korean and had a dog with a Scottish name. lol

Thank you! She's totally my baby. Seeley will soon be like twice her sice. LOL
